September 5, 200818 yr John Raynor has a great shot at a starting spot next year. not unless we gett rid of cody or hermida or both I would expect him to get strong looks in LF.
September 5, 200818 yr remember in 2006 when we called everyone up everybody said "lets wait 2 years from now we will keep all these players together and be a championship team" now u are ready to bail when we are so close to being a playoff team? Ur crazy if u want to start rebuilding AGAIN in al honesty i never thought hanley was gonn abe as good i thought jake was gonna bt 300 with 30 HR and Uggla was just another attemot to replace Castillo but jake isnt putting up great numbers hes on pace to hit 250 31 HR and 89 RBI's and this is considered one of his best years Cabbrera is having he worst year and still hits 290 and has 300 HR 100 RBI what is this supposed to prove? that u can't spell? also, Everybody forgets Jacobs has missed over 20 games this year, that's an extra 5-7 home runs right there. that means u are all willing to get rid of a 40 HR guy./ If he played every game of the season, he would be on pace to hit 37. So we are willing to get rid of a 37 HR guy who happens to be a 32 WALK guy. very true, but i do not feel that Gaby Sanchez will make this team better in his rookie season. We lose power in the middle of the lineup and add a .275 10 HR 65 RBI with around 12 Errors for the season, I do not see that as an improvement Who cares about losing power? Seriously, this team has hit the megaload of home runs, and look where that's gotten us. .500 baseball. Sounds like you want more of the same next year, and that's exactly what you'll get if you bring back guys like Jacobs.
