Erick, how did you go from earlier in the thread saying Gonzo was PROBABLY a cheater to now saying he IS a cheater?

He has never tested positive for steroids, there is no reason to believe that he took steroids.

:lol

Yeah, Gonzo never took roids. His arms and production only exploded that one year in '01...b/c, well since he's not an all-time great, who cares? Barry Bonds is, so lets give him more attention.

Please.

Take a look at Gonzo in his early years, and then take a look at his arms in '01. You tell me whether or not he took roids. You tell me who you'd rather have at the same salary...Luis Gonzalez or Barry Bonds? Be real.

Of course, there is always room to assume, hell if we wanted to we can assume Carlos Quentin took steroids to have the year he had this year, or we could say Ryan Ludwick did, or we could say Alex Rodriguez did, or we could say Miguel Cabrera did.

God, the steroid era is making everybody so paranoid, everybody now assumes every player with a good year is on steroids, why can't we just assume the best in people?

Carlos Quentin was/is a young player with potential.

ARod and Cabrera were stars from the beginning.

Luis Gonzalez EXPLODED out of nowhere...AT THE AGE OF 33 to have a FANTASTIC year...that he's never even come close to duplicating.

Are you serious with this?

"Why can't we assume the best from people?" Coming from the same guy who has called Barry Bonds an asshole just b/c people from the media have said so?
