DoTheFish
Olsen to the Brewers for some sort of Angel Salome package. He's a very nice RH C prospect who's been compared to Pudge (short, cannon arm, hits lefties and righties equally well). Had an insane AA year .360/.415/.559. If/when the Brewers lose CC and Sheets they've got a huge hole at SP and can afford to deal Salome with the FA comp picks they'll get back. Anybody else think this makes sense? Wild Card
Marlins needs: OF, relief then C (maybe). Maybin (no proof he can hit in majors) Hermida (slow, poor defender, questionable potential) Willingham (solid but questionable health) Everybody else are back-ups. Cody Ross is not a backup, we haven't seen what Brett Carroll could do with everyday at-bats, and John Raynor is going to be waiting in the wings if something goes amiss. Worst case, you also have De Aza still hanging around...
