November 4, 200323 yr beautiful absolutely beautiful my Noles have an easy schedule the rest of the way, excluding maybe the Gators, hopefully UM will stay behind us as will OSU and the others
November 4, 200323 yr Author The Noles have NCState... Dont Count them out to Upset Those Noles.. Miami Will move up if the Win out because of SOS (Over the Noles..) 3.23 Difference from 2nd to 4th. Hmm....

Hmm.... miami should be able to pass FSU if they both win out, but at the moment, it's really not possible for either of the teams to pass USC unless USC loses
November 4, 200323 yr dont worry about the sugar bowl right now. this team needs to worry about getting back on track and playing their best which i havent seen them do since the 4th quarter against Florida. Berlin in particular needs to get his s*** together and make better decisions and Kellen needs to stop with the stupid 15 yard flags.
November 4, 200323 yr UM should be ranked ahead of FSU. No question. We beat them, we have almost 1.5 less in computer average, a better ranking in strength of schedule, and a quality win. Stupid humans. For goodness sakes at least 3 computers still ranked us #2.

Stupid humans. For goodness sakes at least 3 computers still ranked us #2. it's not a big deal, juanky. if we look good and manage to win against tenn & pitt, we WILL go up in the human polls. hell, if we even go up by 1 spot in the human polls, we pass FSU in the BCS. it's USC that's the problem.... altho considering the way this season has looked all across the NCAA, it wouldnt surprise me if the trojans lose in an upset.

November 4, 200323 yr UM should be ranked ahead of FSU. No question. We beat them, then Va Tech should be ahead of you

November 4, 200323 yr UM's only hope is a loss by USC, because Oklahoma will not lose, and anybody that thinks they are is simply fooling themselves. And what makes the fact worse is that USC has a bye this week, so they will be rested for their final 3 games. USC's remaining schedule finishes with a trip to Arizona, automatic win, and 2 games at home they should win easily against opponets whom i can't remember. The title game is going to be USC/Oklahoma, period.

November 5, 200323 yr RippyO, theres also that Miami vs Tennesse Game... Hurricanes can kiss my big Caucasian behind. The Big East demands RESPECT!
November 5, 200323 yr the big easy doesnt get any respect for a reason. The Big East consists of Miami, VaTech, some decent teams every now and then (i.e. WV or Pitt or BC or Syracuse depending on the year) and the rest. It's top heavy, just like the ACC used to be. The ACC is getting a little stronger, and will get a lot stronger next year. Although I am not a fan of a team from Boston playing against teams in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina every year.
November 5, 200323 yr If the ACC is getting a little stronger each year, then it should be the basketball equal of the Big East in 2150. (Basketball is where conferences most matter anyway, IMO) What's your criteria for being a strong conference anyway, if not to get the best teams? I'm a Syracuse fan anyway, and despise the Hurricanes. So it's not like I'll respond much to a well-developed argument
November 5, 200323 yr USC is a better team than Miami. I said this in August. They were upset and lost....but at least they havent been rolled this season like Va. Tech did to Miami. Oklahoma will be in the Sugar Bowl. USC should be there as well.
November 5, 200323 yr i really dont feel like, nor have the time to pull out records, past records, stats, etc. of SEC, ACC, and Big East teams. I've argued way too many "who's conference is better?" arguements, and dont feel like it. If you think the Big Least is better, so be it. I don't. And a Cane-hater (as long as he aint a nole) is alright in my book!
