I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how it is up there? Just any information would be great!

Well, there's basically only one road in Tally. Just think of it as the complete opposite of downtown Miami.

 

P.S.- Most of the restaurants up there are fast food places (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.)

and as soon as you exit out of FSU, you will see a place called "Rick's sex toy shop"

Pretty much nothing to do except go to FSU games, and you might see a movie theatre every once in a while. It's fun going up there for college, since FSU is one of the biggest party schools in the nation, but in my opinion, you will probably get bored sooner or later if you lived up there permanently.

Check out the East Side of town with the Governor's Square Mall area having many places to eat. You also have Tom Brown Park which is great to run, jog, picnic, walk the dog, or play in. I also enjoy FSU, but the East Side of Tallahassee has many nice places. The West Side I tend to stay away from and FSU is always a good place to be for sports.

 

FSU Baseball is tons of fun. I love watching games at Howser with the festive atmosphere.
