April 11, 200917 yr As we speak Chad Campbell and Kenny Perry are tied at -11 Tiger I think is at -4... 7 strokes is like 3 to normal people though so you never know.
April 11, 200917 yr I've only been able to catch bits and pieces of it this weekend and am by no means as "into it" as I usually am for the Masters. I dont really care too much who wins out of the top few players on the leaderboard just now. Probs prefer Cabrera to either Perry or Campbell.
April 13, 200917 yr So I take it there isnt much interest in golf in these forums. Thats a shame because the finale to this years Masters made for thrilling viewing. I'm glad Cabrera beat Perry and Campbell which of course now makes him a 2 time Major winner.
April 13, 200917 yr Pretty wild finish, one of the more entertaining final rounds I've watched in a while. Looked like Mickelson and Tiger were going to chase down the leaders, Mickelson tied the course record on the front 9. But they both faltered on the last couple of holes. Nothing against Angel Cabrera who seems like a really nice guy buy I was pulling for Kenny Perry to win it. He would've been the oldest player ever to win a major, and he's never won one. After a round where he was so consistent, he just lost it at the end. 17, 18, and both playoff holes he hit some bad shots.
April 15, 200917 yr how often do u see a guy hit it off a tree in a playoff then win it one hole later? kenny perry just imploded they showed a stat that said he was bogey free for 22 holes. and then bogey on 17, 18 then par on the first playoff (18) and a bogey on the second (10) kind of like the guy from british open awhile ago
April 17, 200917 yr Author A little late but One of the most entertaining final rounds of any tournament of my life... amazing amazing stuff.
