Again??? Damn....oh well. Every team has their good times and their bad times.

we weren't good enough to go all the way this season anyway. eventually our offense was going to catch up with us.

Brock Berlin needs to die.

And it is truly sad when it is a bigger party when Miami loses than when most teams win.

Wasn't this the board that said a week ago even after VT that Miami was going to The National Championship?

how many Week 12 wins does Miami have? 0

how many Week 12 wins do the Hoosiers have? 1

i rest my case.

that was disgusting. they did everything possible to throw the game and the season away and they succeeded. they f***ing deserved to lose this game.

Miami did look bad today, and it's obvious they don't have nearly as much talent this year as they had in past years, but there is no reason why they should have lost today. Miami appears to be relying too much on talent and not enough on being prepared for games IMO, it's like they think they've already won when they walk on the field, and therefore think they don't have to execute. Oh well, miami will be REALLY good next year when all those crazy recruits they redshirted this year are playing.

I hate to burst all your bubbles, but Canes losses in the past 3 seasons? 4. (And I'm counting the OSU one there even though I shouldn't.

Miami First round picks in the past few years?

Home winning streak up until today?

Total winning streak up until last week?

Football National Titles? 5. How many national titles for the Big 3 sports of of UF or FSU? I'm not even counting baseball.

Everyone has to fall every once in a while. Just a matter of how quickly you get up.

Agreed. You can't win EVERY game, it's amazing Miami went as long without losing this year as they did considering that this for them is a "tweener" year IMO, with all the talent that left last year and all the talent that will be coming in next year. Miami is still going to go to a big time bowl game, possibly a BCS one, and they are still going to have another huge recruiting class this offseason, which is THE most important part of college football. No need to panic 'canes fans, the world is not coming to an end.

Kyle Wright is coming.....coming for you!

And again, if you have to get your kicks out of Miami losing, then you have to really evaluate the way you look at sports. The only two teams whose fans can have any reason to want UM to lose every game is FSU and UF because of the rivalries. And VT I guess. Outside of that, you all need a life.

I'm indifferent towards Miami so I hope your not talking to me, although a lot of people do hate the 'canes. And yes, Kyle Wright will be both the 2nd best QB in the nation and the 2nd best QB in the state of Florida by 2005.

I was speaking more in general

i know you cant win every game, a 34 overall game winning streak and a 39 regular season winning streak is amazing and it couldnt last forever.

but what pisses me off though is the reason their losing, turnovers and stupid a** penalties. that really pisses me off. its one thing to lose, that has to happen, but to lose the way they did these last 2 games is unacceptable.

too bad miami will still be a distant second to oklahoma at best.

At least we lost to two top 15 teams. Who did OU lose to last year? Oh thats right, OSU and Texas A&M.

Oklahoma can have its year this year. If they would have played Miami in the National Title game in 2001 (for the 2000 season) like they were supposed to they might have just lost.

And how long is OU's win streak? Hmm, how about their home winning streak? How many players have they had drafted in the first round? The Canes have had more walk ons drafted in the first round the past few seasons then almost all other colleges have had total players.

Every team loses.

Just we lose a little less than most.

Oklahoma has more national titles than Miami which is all that matters and should add another this year.

Oklahoma is returning most of their players next year.

Oklahoma State is a pretty damn good team this year in case you havent noticed.

As far as the A&M loss...it happens...even Bob Stoops isnt perfect and cant win every damn game against a Texas school. He is now 17-1.

Oklahoma has by far the best offense and defense in the NCAA.

As far as the Miami win streak...when the only talent in your conference is Va. Tech...your streak should be impressive.

Miami didn't have a real team until the 80's. Care to check the numbers from the start of UM being competitive until now?

This is UM's in between year, a big chunk of the players are just gaining experience.

How about last year and the year before that?

So you are admitting that very good teams lose every once in a while?

Excuses Excuses.

5 titles in the last 20 years. couldve been 7 if they showed up in '86 against PSU and if it wasnt for that damn interference call last season. and we went through probation and still came up with 5 titles which is incredible

only team that can come close to match that is Nebraska with their 3 titles in the mid-90's
