November 30, 200322 yr Anyone here remember all The Talk surrounding The Big 12 going into this season? KS, Texas, and Oklahoma were all going to compete for The National Title and all three were going to be in the top 5 at seasons end. How did that pan out again? Outside of The Boomer Sooners, for the most part The Big 12 has been Powder puff and The SEC had no problem taking The Best Conference in Football title away from them. Three cheers for Georgia(it seems) and LSU and it's going to be one hell of a game.

Three cheers for Georgia(it seems) and LSU and it's going to be one hell of a game. the best conference is not the SEC. The best conference is the Big 10. Prove to me why The Big 10 is better than The Sec. The Sec actually has a championship game to avoid controversy and prove who is the best. The Big 10 last year was a joke because Iowa and Ohio St didn't get a chance to face each other despite the fact that they had undefeated records in Big 10 play. Plus, Georgia or LSU didn't have to worry about late 4th quarter luck and questionable calls to get to where they got like Ohio State. Outside of Michigan their are no champions in The Big 10, you have at least two in The SEC.

Outside of Michigan their are no champions in The Big 10, you have at least two in The SEC. let's see: Michigan, OSU, Purdue, Iowa > LSU, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida SEC: 32-16 Non conference Big 10: 30-14 Non conference
November 30, 200322 yr big 10: mich + osu sec: lsu + uga sec wins cuz osu is heavily overrated um>lsu osu>uga
November 30, 200322 yr but yet michigan has 2 losses while LSU has 1...... fluke right? 2 words: easier schedule
November 30, 200322 yr but yet michigan has 2 losses while LSU has 1...... fluke right? 2 words: easier schedule oh gimme a break. LSU's only loss was to UF. LSU is the consistent #3 in the AP, coaches, and BCS over Michigan. see through your bias and concede that LSU is a better team than Michigan. LSU > Michigan
November 30, 200322 yr How is the SEC the best conference in football?? Auburn=Overrated Ole Miss=Overrated Florida=Overrated LSU=Good, but not nearly as good as Michigan or USC SEC is a good conference, but IMO the big 12 and big 10 are better.
November 30, 200322 yr i'll probably agree with big 12 > SEC but clearly SEC > big 10 LSU is better than michigan and OSU is as overrated as they come and who could forget about the SEC having UGA? so in the end, in 2003, i'd probably say: 1) big 12 2) SEC 3) big 10
November 30, 200322 yr Top to bottom, the SEC is a better conference than the Big 10. Georgia, LSU, Tennessee, Florida, Arkansas, Auburn, Alabama, Ole Miss, and South Carolina, are all solid teams. Even Kentucky can compete with the big names. Vanderbilt and Mississippi St are the only weak teams.
November 30, 200322 yr i'll probably agree with big 12 > SEC but clearly SEC > big 10 LSU is better than michigan and OSU is as overrated as they come and who could forget about the SEC having UGA? so in the end, in 2003, i'd probably say: 1) big 12 2) SEC 3) big 10 i'd have 2 and 3 on your list switched, but that's why the bowl season is great, a lot of this could and probably will be settled on the field.

(but the sec is clearly very good this year)
