  1. I thought he'd be long gone by the time the Dolphins had another pick
  2. easley?!what are yOu On crack ?he is a gOod OFf the bench player but tO put him in the starting line-up Over gOnzO!nO!he is such a great defensive player tO bench him is a shame! and i knOw he is hiTting .157! but give him a freaking break...its Only april!and yOu peOple are just gOing tO bench gOnzO cuz he has started OFf bad!fOr shame !if yOu guNna bench sOme One it shOuld be cOnine! abraham nunez has tO cOme OFf the bench and play left field! WhY doNt U ReRead whAT I saID SWEetPea: "If it gets to the point where Agon needs to be replaced, Easley would be the first option." I neVeR Said To ReplACe AgON WiTh EaSlEy, I saId thAt EaSlEy Would be The First OptIon at SS IF Agon iS eVEr ReplaCEd
  3. I know Wilson Valdez is a 2nd baseman but didnt he play some SS in Spring Training? He would be someone we could look as on option. If it gets to the point where Agon needs to be replaced, Easley would be the first option.
  4. We have a chance. The Cards need pitching badly and Renteria isn't as important to their line-up as Rolen, Pujols, or Edmonds and they have so much hitting they won't miss him. Maybe they'll miss his 'D' but we would send A-Gon so they'll have even better D. A-Gon Oliver (When AJ is back) Some prospect or two FOR Renteria I LOVE IT! That's just ridiculous.
  5. In Little League I played like Dontrelle, a lefty who was just a beastly pitcher, fielder, and hitter. After spending about 4 years away from the game, I played high sachool ball last year, and played exactly like Juan Pierre. Offensively, a very fast runner and good average, but no power at all. Lots of steals and infield hits as well. Defensively, I played CF and covered a lot of ground, but had no arm strength. Now I just play basketball, but remain a fan of baseball.
  6. You don't think that 2nd place, especially following a 3 game losing skid, is respectful?
  7. Its working!!
  8. Ya know, I've found something harder than learning to hit or pitch....steal bases! I'm always out by a mile. I actually find stealing bases to be fairly easy. Maybe because I haven't tried it with anyone other than the two speed demons. These are the things which I find to be a bit flawed... -Too many extra base hits -The computer leaves their SP in too long -Not enough walks -Injuries are too frequent Other than this, the game is awesome, and pretty realistic.
  9. Chad Fox is awesome. I talked to him after he was interviewed by WQAM the day the Fish clinched the Wild Card. Nice guy, and funny as hell. I've also met Samson and Beinfest, both pretty nice guys.
  10. This topic sounds like a personal problem to me...
  11. March Madness is above and beyond more fun to watch than any other sports' playoffs. After that, I'd probably go with NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and then the pathetic college football.
  12. Was he supposed to be happy when longwell missed? Was he supposed to be bummed when they won? I'm really missing your point.
  13. Sure. There is school in Dade and much more people would be able to go to a 4:00 game than a early afternoon. Horrible scheduling. This is ONE REGULAR SEASON GAME. Every year, there are a few 1:00 games on opening day. This will most likely be the 1st game on ESPN's triple header. You're making this sound like a much bigger deal than it really is.
