Geezzz, I don't know. One thing is to be born rich and another is to become rich... I think that being born rich spoils you for the rest of your life. Your family would have to become poor in order for you to appreciate what you have... But I don't think the Hilton's or Richie's money is going anywhere... So for the enjoyment of all the men who are all over Paris, she will continue making this sort of waves in the celebrity world (expect more sex tapes or a Nicole type show).

We are talking about obscenely rich people here Furman... Besides, I never said all rich kids are spoiled. I just said that being born rich helps in spoiling kids... It is more difficult for them to appreciate what they have... That is all.

 

I personally know people who are very wealthy and are the coolest down to earth people... But they tell me themselves that they are the exception and not the rule.

It's great watching 2 filthy rich girls trying to drive a 40 year old pickup truck in the middle of no place.

 

The highlight of the whole show was the convo at the dinner table...where the father of the family starts talking about Wal-Mart and Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton have NO idea whatsoever what on earth Wal-Mart is. The family is utterly amazed at this . And than they all flip out when Paris breaks the silence by saying "isnt that the place where the sell material to fix walls?"

it was pretty funny....but you know so many of the lines said by the family were scripted.....that kid saying "they're driving like a bat out of hell." I would believe it if the person who said it was 40 or older, not 15.

 

And man, Paris Hilton would not be hot if she didnt have all that makeup on.

This may be the greatest show ever.

I saw the 2nd episode yesterday, it was funny. In that episode, Paris complains more than Nicole. :lol

I think it's a good show. I can't wait for the new episodes next week.

i cant help but think a lot of this is staged. Can 2 people really be THAT SPOILED! I mean filling the bottles halfway with milk, and halfway with water? I mean, do they not think of consequences?

I can believe it's staged... Never heard of Wal-Mart??? Come on! Even if someone doesn't shop there, how can you not have heard of the largest retailer and largest single employer in the United States, not to mention never at least driven past one of their stores??? Nobody's that spoiled or dense!

i hate em. I cant stand the girls (which I guess is why me, and others watch the show....not to mention Paris Hilton's looks). I can't stand spoiled brats, but this is spoiled to the extreme.

 

Working at a dairy farm really is not that bad. That work they did wasn't bad at all. Try working on a tobacco farm. Try doing any work outdoors. I'm sure the adults on this board, and even some teenagers have had a job that requires manual labor outdoors. Last summer, I did home repairs. As a kid I would work on my grandpa's tobacco farm in Tennessee in the summers. I can think of a lot worse than milking cows and filling bottles with milk. Geez.

This show is great. Neither the city broads or the country bumpkins come out unscathed. Paris and Nicole are lazy and a little dumb, but some of the those country folk sure have a chip on their shoulder.

 

"Hey here's a good idea! Let's put water in the milk so we work faster, and people drink less fat!" Heh

 

Best part of the show: the little kid and the field-goal dog.

I liked it when the little kid threw the dog down the slide.

 

 

Paris is one ugly b***h and Nicole R. is fatter in the face than I thought. She'd be pretty hot if she lost a few of those chins
