None of our cool pitching prospects thus far has started the season well. Super early obviously, but I want to see Heaney/Conley/Flynn/Descalfani/Nicolino improve on their first starts moving forward. We're gonna need a few of these guys to make big leaps this year.

Didn't Desclafani have a good first start?

Sorry, Descalfani's second start is what upset me with him. The first start was good for both him and either Conley or Nicolino I remember.

It was great to see Heaney do well today. He's the guy I expect to thrive this season. On top of that, there has gotta be at least one more guy who breaks out from the crowd this year and proves himself as the definite #2 pitching prospect in our system.
