4/24 - Nationals @ Marlins

Featured Replies

Normally yeah but that fastball is dead.

You're such a damn hater bro.

Just admit it; you don't like him.

Latos is displaing classic signs of a still injured pitcher. His arm is dead.

Yep dead arm that just tossed a quality start against the Nationals.

You seriously need to just admit you don't like him.

Do I really wanna see Ramos up in this situation? Only if he can throw strikes, but I'm kinda scared right now. I don't wanna lose this tie. Something tells me if the Nats score before we do next we'll probably lose the game

What are you talking about. His fastball sat around 89/90 after the first 2 innings. This is a guy who used to throw 94-96 with ease. He sucks.

Ramos is middle relief GOAT for us. When was the last time we had a guy as good as him when he's on?

That's a sub 3 ERA for the night. I don't know what kind of expectations you have but you seem to be looking for a reason to dislike Latos.

Latos was supposed to be a certified legitamite #2 for us. He looked good in the first 2 innings and then his fastball died and so did his velocity. He ain't right and is not going to be the same Latos he once was. I'm calling a spade a spade. Im not looking for anything else. I watched the game. Good for him for his quality start that Ramos saved.

I dunno. I kinda agree about that veolicty. It seems like the Nats were tagging into him pretty well tonight. That should be concerning for everyone involved. Other than that he looked pretty sharp in the first half of the game and limited his mistakes fairly well.

Exactly these guys are ignoring the elephant in the room with his velocity. It was awful after the first 2 innings. Ramos was absolutely filty, however.

Oh. Thought that broke through the middle. Bat doesn't break and it probably does right?

His velocity wasn't the reason he was getting hit. With the exception of Harper's single, he was getting hit on hung curveballs. Your "concerns" reek of desperation.

Both the 7th inning singles were off fastballs

Here's where the worry sets in. The bullpen now has the floor in a tied game. Somebody hold me
