February 19, 201610 yr To my card collecting friends, I stopped by Walmart to buy last year's packs at clearance and saw that the new 2016 Topps cards are out. I bought a box of Topps and some cheap 2015 Bowman. I did quite all right on the Topps box: Each box comes with a medallion card. I got Stanton, it goes for $8. They also have parallel cards this year where the card number is the same but the picture is different; got Stanton again too. The Bowman was by far the steal of the day: I got a special Bowman Chrome Green Parallel of Kris Bryant that books for $40 (They only made 99 of them) PLUS I got a regular Kris Bryant Yellow Parallel that goes for $12 [ATTACH]586._xfImport[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]587._xfImport[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]588._xfImport[/ATTACH]
February 19, 201610 yr Job well done. I got my complete base set in the mail yesterday. You actually got a stanton variation card?? They are like $30 on ebay. Great job. I do like his base card a lot as i am a stanton card collector. FYI if you want the complete base set on topps its $20-$30 on ebay. I bought 3 packs last week and now that i own the set, im willing to give away duplicates. Got a duplicate of ramos and gordon.
February 19, 201610 yr I just got the Marlins team set in the mail too! I have every Topps set since 1973, still working on the 72 those high #'s are pricey! How much does a box go for these days?
February 19, 201610 yr Its $550 bucks in binder cards 1-660. For 2016, i got the complete set and still waiting for my marlins individual set. I love the stanton, yelich, and fernandez ones. Capps was good too.
