Then later when it was clear Cosart stunk and they needed another #5, the bullpen was in shambles so they probably didn't want to move Phelps as he was the only one holding the pen together. So they went with Nicolino and whoever else which of course bombed too. I just can't get over how impressive Phelps looks. Last night was a dominant outing.
