SilverBullet
Dee Gordon just tweeted out something to Pat Shine saying congrats and gonna miss you. Where's Shiner going? Normally no one would care about the departure of a replay coach but I'm pretty sure Pat Shine was as good as you can be for that job. Sure seemed like our success rate on replay challenges was always super high. And considering something that went down in, I believe Atlanta, earlier this year, it sure is possible to have a "bad" replay coach. If he's gone, best wishes. SilverBullet
He could be leaving for a better opportunity. So it might be a positive move for him. I'm not sure, although losing a replay "coach" is probably at the bottom of the list of things I care about. Oh yeah, I don't "care" very much. Just noting he seemed to be good at his job. I have to believe his departure is something positive for him. Just wondering if anyone knew anything else about this.

SilverBullet
Pat Shine is leaving to be a minor league coach for the Mariners, a job which allows him to be closer to his home in Spokane Washington. There it is. Good for him. Congrats.
