5/1 Game Thread Marlins vs Rays

Featured Replies

Is it me or does it seem that pitchers this year are not going as long into games as previous years. I mean I remember in the 90s when pitchers like Madux, Glavin, David Cone and so forth would go at least 7 sometimes 8 innings..

Difference between those guys and our pitchers is that they were good.

Boosting Tazawa's self-esteem

Nice to see Rocco Baldelli still with the Rays in a coaching role. Was basically Mr Devil Ray before they got good. Kinda like their Jeff Conine circa 93-96.

Double play would be nice here even though it's unlikely with Kiermaier.

Is a Devil Ray a fish? Because I keep thinking let's go fish and just realized I may be rooting for both teams at once.

Souza was still like 3 steps away from 1B, and Dee never had a chance to throw.

Is it possible that the slide was ok but the getting up part was interference because that's how I saw it. Clean slide but he stood up right in Dees way
