Single game ticket pricing

Featured Replies

Hi all,

First timer from the UK looking to pick up some Marlins tickets for when I'm over in May. Please go easy on me!

I've been following the Marlins news over the off season and disappointed (not as much as you guys I bet) with the trades etc.

Anyway, enough about that, I notice the single tickets are not available yet so is anyone able to shed some light on what the regular single ticket prices were last year? I know it sounds like they might change a bit but if anyone could point me in that direction it would be much appreciated.

I'm weighing up whether to pick up tickets now on StubHub or wait til they are available.

Thanks in advance. Oh and if this is in the wrong place then I apologise.

Welcome to the board, Milanos.

StubHub (and it’s ridiculous fees) is a scam and should only be used in emergencies (like I did with the HR Derby).

If you need tickets for a Sunday, the Aquafina Four Pack (I suggest Section 5) is a good deal.  About $24 per ticket (includes a hot dog and bottle water with each ticket).

If not a Sunday game, buy the cheapest single game ticket when they go on sale and just move around inside the park.  It’s easy during weekday games.

If it’s not a Cubs/Yankees/Mets game there won’t be 5,000 people in the stands.

Great, thanks very much for the reply. I did get as far as seeing the fees on StubHub and then promptly halted the purchase.

It's when the Dodgers are in town Tues-Thurs so sounds like I'll just wait til they go on sale officially and pick cheap ones up then. I'll do that for one of the games, the other I'm contemplating doing the Diamond Club or something like that.

just go to the box office when you get there, ask for the cheapest tickets they have, and then go sit wherever.  I do it every time i go.  no one cares.
