April 25, 200323 yr First the Marlins must stay focus and metal tough against this team. * DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT let Jim Edmonds hit with men on base. If G. Jenkins was hot then Edmonds is on fire leading the NL in hitting .390 IMO he's the best CF in the game. * Almanza and Tejera will play a big part in this series before the weekend is done. Tejera better shape up and start pitching with a purpose. *Pujols is injury BUT STILL DANGEROUS. Pujols is hotter then Edmonds in the last week if that is possible. * AJ has to be in control of his fastball. If not he won't last pass the 5th inning again. * Tomko has never lost to the Marlins. So marlins hitter MUST BE patient. * Vina and Rolen are starting out slow but could turn it on any time now. Lets hope its after Sunday * Tino Martinez was suspended for 4 games but could still play until the apply. * Alex Gonzalez has to keep playing the way his started and not just to do too much because Edgar is in the other dugout. Alex has always tried to prove his better evertime they play against each other. Play your game Alex Hopefully the Marlins will be able to take 2 out 3 before hitting the road. This division is going to be won by the team with the best road record as you can tell by the early result from the other teams are doing at home.
