He adds that the two sides have come to an agreement around $106MM on the guarantee, roughly the middle point between the previous asking prices, but that Reynolds and his reps want an opt-out that the Pirates appear unwilling to give thus far. So they've agreed on an amount......it may happen and he may be off the table altogether.

I can see why the Pirates would hesitate there.
