You probably only been a Marlin fan since the Stanton years. Nothing wrong with that, but get a grip. My first post was probably a bit harsh.

We won’t lose 100 games next year, we should be around .500. The 2026 team should be fun and turn heads. Can you list the prospects that won’t pan out? Jazz should reach 30 HRs but not 40 with over 600 ABs, so what and here’s why. He only has 19 doubles & 4 triples this year which is very low. If you take that into account it’s obvious that he’s trying to hit HRs making it less impressive. With Jazz you’re crying over spilled spoiled milk. I don’t disagree with the repeat & rinse thinking, but if you’re going to justify it, Jazz isn’t the best example when It should be Arraez way more.

Maybe they worship themselves more than Jazz.

Exactly, that’s also the whole point of this thread. Iowa is being a perfect example of picking and choosing their extreme bias with the smallest sample size. I guess that’s what Jazz fans do.

You drafting him in the 3rd is one round sooner than the yahoo projections? You might get him in the early 5th if you have smart opponents. Can you provide a list of players from 40-50 from the yahoo league or even from 50-60? I’d like to compare stats of them vs Jazz because there’s no way Jazz is top 50 in any draft based on stats.

Are you gonna draft Jazz next year, first round in your fantasy leagues? If so can I join?

Yep, your post was probably on the Jazz trade thread that Polly locked. Jazz just isn’t overrated, he’s overrated by a long margin. Who else in baseball would be more overrated? Harper comes to mind at least in his Washington National years but now he seems ok being a teammate with less spotlight. Fun Fact(?) Jazz has the longest name in baseball history (Jasrado Prince Hermis Arrington Chisholm Jr.)

Jazz is bolstering a .130 AVG (3 for 23) with no HRs no RBIs in his last 6 games. Fun fact: MLB did a survey asking other players who is the most overrated player, Jazz topped their list.

Maybe your giving her too much credit. Some dogs will never change.

On a side note, another facial expression that brings back memories was Braden Looper’s smile on the mound. I would always point at the tv and tell my brother, look it’s the Joker, watch him smile.

The 3 gms Jazz went 7-12 or something, half his hits were lucky grounders and a fly ball single. He’s actually improving his contact but he still chasing pitches way outside the zone.
