  1. I think that you can say good bye to Portland, I feel that S. Florida is the best bet to get a stadium. Most cities are in the same boat, they have no money to fund. It seems that Portland would have less fan support than S. Florida. Here is an article from the visit to Portland http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/base....portland.0291/ I just do not see them going to any other cities Northern New Jersey would be worse too many Yankees and Mets fan. Vegas amybe, but the gambling issues is troubling Charlotte, nice place but woill they have the funding for a stadium and teh fan support Buffulo and Monterrey maybe but again will they have any funding for a new stadium, it seems that it is not taht easy to get funds for a stadium, S. Florida is not the only ones. look at the Nationals, it look like they are hitting a wall with the stadium issues.
  2. I think a 2 men rotation is more likely LOL, AJ have been horrible, if we make the playoffs, I be thinking about pitching him 3rd. He probably will geet shelled by the Cardinals.
  3. i get stress as soon as game time. I live in Puerto Rico, therefore I watch the games on direct TV. I get so nervous during the games especially when the other team rallys. I usually pace around and go to the balcony then check back if the other team did some damage. If we are leading by 3 runs or more than I am more relaxed.
  4. There are four teams at the moment atht would like Burnett, there probably will be more suitors. Well, atleast none are from the NL east, even though he actually is under 500 against the NL east. That is insane, well atleast the Marlins will not get sucked up into over paying him. Heck, Pedro got 13 million, a future hall of famer. I think we can replace him with someone cheaper, I know we can find someone who can win 12-13 games for alot cheaper than 12-15 million a year. Here is the link of some marlins news and articles. http://www.prosportsdaily.com/mlb/marlins/rumors.html What do you guys think?
  5. The marlins might not bring back Mckeon for 2006. Loria probably wants someone younger, and his first choice is Joe Giraldi. here is the link http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball...0p-294707c.html Any feed back?
  6. I think with Al and Wolf pitching it will be a hi scoring game. More like 6-5 marlins. We always hit Wolf good and we also seem to find a a way to win against the Phillies.

The guy had a no hitter with 9 walks, tell me what other pitcher would accomplish taht feat. He has better stuff, but less control than Josh, IMO.
  8. I have mlb.tv and I got to watch the Marlins/Nationals games on Marlins TV, and last week I watched the Marlins/Nats games televised from masn. I have cable and was thinking of ordering mlb extra innings, but tehn changed my mine when I saw they the Marlins games was not on contantly. I think Direct TV is the best for mlb extra innings, they carry alot more games tahn most cable companies. My suggestions is to try mlb extra innings if you have a connection of 350 kbps or higher. is worth it. The best part is that you only pay 14.95 a month or 19.95 a month to have game day audio and mlb.tv
