  1. Congratulations from Cincinnati. The Magic Marlins rule the baseball world!
  2. And what a performance by Beckett!
  3. I was wondering if this guy was on drugs until I realized he was a Cubs fan. Then it became clear. Eifling's not exactly the epitome of a fair and balanced writer, so you didn't read about his team choking and the Marlins taking advantage of their mistakes. I feel for Cubs fans -- but not too much! After all, they're in the same division as the Reds.
  4. Juan Pierre runs like the damn wind! :o
  5. I follow the Reds a lot.... Nice for Aaron Boone to get that homer. He took the Reds semi-firesale & eventual trade pretty hard & was struggling for the Yanks. I'm from Cincinnati... Firesale isn't too strong a word. But Jim Bowden is gone, too. Thank god... :angry
  6. Did anyone catch the fan on Dayside on FoxNews? I am seriously worried for Steve Bartman.
  7. Jack was a pretty good manager with the Reds. Then they did what they usually do with good people: Put them out on the curb like garbage. :angry I'm a Reds fan, but the truth is evident: Sparky Anderson, Jack McKeon, Tony Perez - after 44 games (I still haven't forgiven Jim Bowden) - and Davey Johnson. Go Fish!
  8. :thumbup This Reds fan was rooting for the Cubs, but I've got to give credit where it's due -- and with the Marlins, it's due a hundred times over. The Marlins are awesome! The best of luck in the World Series. I'll be cheering on the Fish.
