Oh, man. Pat, I agree there are those on these boards that just love to tear this team down, but you gotta admit being handed our heads 6 times by this team is unacceptable. I complain because I think they are better than this! I posted this elsewhere but would like your reaction. After the game last night and Im sure today Bowa said something like this "we were beat heads up by a good team, thats why they are world champs, you gotta give them credit" What is he a cheerleader for Florida? Florida played terrible this series. There was a total 6 errors for both teams on Tuesday. Wed and today were also sloppy. Neither team looked like a WS contender to me. What do I want to hear Bowa say? The truth! "We got got our tails beat by an inferior team that we should have beat. We are better than this and should be asshamed of getting beat by this team" Mr. Bowa, some people have called for your head, what do you have to say? "I don't blame them if the team is going to play this badly" "I assure you there is a team meeting to be held and we will find out where the problems lie, if I have to sit the entire lineup I will but this won't continue" Am I fair on that? I do agree he did not lose these games but if a bench clearing brawl doesnt wake them up more than one inning than please tell me what alternative there are? Just to let everyone know, FSN shows replays of the game at 3:00 AM. It's only 2 hours so it's not guaranteed that it'll be shown but I think it would be because they want 3:00 AM ratings!

Wasn't Pratt the same one who made those comments last year that made everyone around here mad? Can't remember what he said exactly though... After we swept the Phillies or beat them 2 out of 3 they had the Reds and we had the Braves. He said he'd rather be in THEIR position because it's the Reds and Braves. They went on to lose 2 of 3 while we won 2 of 3. :lol
