Loose ball foul???

Featured Replies

Ok, i only know the basics of basket ball. so can sum1 help me? What the hell is a loose ball foul. The name is pretty OBVIOUS, but i tried to connect it. I mean i see people fighting over a loose ball all the time, and um, they're not fouled. I know my definition of loose ball foul probably isnt the right one. lol . so can sum1 tell me what it is???

I'm pretty sure a loose ball foul comes when neither team is technically in possession of the basketball.

Like over the back, that's a loose ball foul.

Or what Admin said. :plain

i think pushing off on a rebound attempt would be another one

ya essentially a loose ball foul occurs when neither team is in possession of the ball.

be it on a rebound...

diving after a ball...

what have.

and what was a foul in the regular season....

generally is not a foul in the playoffs. let em play boys...ticky tack stuff should be out the window and the games should get a lot more physical.
