These 4 things I know are true...

Luis will take a 1st pitch strike.

Miggy wont wear shades.

Minervini will have way too much makeup on.

and...

The Fish Win.

:cheers Philly been pretty successful against Pavano, but that doesnt matter new day new game. Lets hope we drink to several Mr Marlin hits tonight :cheers

My prediction: Responding to the calls to improve the league-leadng bullpen Admin Beinfest trades for an 'established' reliever, former Marlin Braden Looper. Carl Pavano pitches eight strong innings leaving with a 4-1 lead thanks to two home runs from Jeff Conine. Looper then comes in and gets two quick groundouts then walks the next three batters with Jim Thome coming to the plate. Jim Thome hits a 3-1 pitch to straight away center before Juan Pierre robs him of the grand slam. Beinfest trades Looper back to the Mets for $30 million dollars.

:marlins

Carl Pavano has looked sharp so far this season and I think we'll see another great outing by him tonight. Look to the offense to start busting out(and hopefully a few more of those long balls stay fair for the good guys tonight). My prediction: Marlins 6 Phillies 2.

Cabs will hit a HR today, Pierre goes 3-4, pavano pitches 7 innings, giving up 1 run, marlins win 3-1. :thumbup

Pavano goes 7 allows 2 but strikes out 6 ... the bullpen allows another 2 ... Benitez works a flawless 9th for the save, and the Fish win 5-4

It will be a good one ... im telling you I already saw it :whistle

I predict the Marlins will snicker the Phillies doodle to the tune of a 4-3 victory.

Power Up

sorry, i know that this is waaaaay out of topic but who do you think its better fantasy wise

thanks ... and sorry for disrupting the peace

today is jeff conine day.....i can feel it.

somebody quote me after the game cuz i will forget.

Abreu & Byrd are back in lineup so it's gonna a be a bit tougher for Pavano but if he can pitch like he did in his last start then we'll be good. I'm gunning for yet another Marlins win :marlins
