Wild Card
Now I know it has traditionally been the Braves, but since last year our rivalry with the Phillies has continued to heat up. My question is, has our rivalry with Philly surpassed our long-time hatred of Atlanta?
DTrizzle
I dunno, what qualifies as a rivalry? Is us totally demolishing the Phils every game a rivalry? I'll go with the Braves, but the Philly games are more interesting.
PBMarlin
Still get more pleasure watching us beat the Braves.....but the Phillies are a "very" close second.
QuickGold
I think Philly. We've competed with them more playoff spots more than Atlanata.

Yeah, after that wild card race last year, and now the fight, you tend to notice the Phillies on the calendar more than the Braves.
Ashley
I say Phillies. Only becuz they have more against us personally. The players, and the managers. I heard that Jack and Bowa had some things happen way back when. Courtesy of ESPN...

Heckeroo
idk, lately, it's been the phillies, but the braves, well, i think we all know
Rex
I believe Admin BOWA replaced McKeon as the Padres manager way back when he was the GM, Trader Jack. McKeon replaced Bowa as Padres manager in 1988. 1988 Padres record: Bowa: 16-30 McKeon: 67-48 total: 83-78, 3rd place finish in the NL west. 11 games behind 1st place L.A.. Bazooka
i hate Phillies more, i would have been more upset if they would have swept us (instead of the Braves) maybe it's because they beat us up so bad before, i can remember some 4 game sweeps (one that got rene lachemann fired) where they just embarassed the fish. It's good to see us getting more then enough payback.
Flamarlins3
I would say that Phillies are number one right now just because everything that has been going on but overall the biggest rivalry in Marlins history has been the Braves
Miggy Cab Taxi Co.
Nice to see you guys hate the Phillies more than us Oh, and Braves fans don't consider the Marlins a rivalry any more than the Phillies or Expos. 'Tis the Mets we hate!
FishFan24
Definately the Phillies. They are way more obnoxious than any Braves fan that I have ever met! :thumbup
FishFan24
Besides, you haven't seen a sign like this for the Braves have you?
Wild Card
Yea, I've never really met any obnoxious or mean Brave fans... but I can't say the same for Phillie fans...
Izzie
Yeah I would say as of late, it's been the Phillies but overall, it's been the Braves

upstatenyfishfan
I think it has to be the braves till we finish ahead of them, so after this year we need a new rival
Dodge
I am going to have to say the Braves. I hate em.. :thumbdown
bman8316
I have to go with the Phillies. I think this because of the fact that their fans are so obnoxious, and the way the race was last year. Maybe a tight race this year with the Braves for the division may change my mind.
