May 7, 200422 yr I am starting to really get sick of reality TV shows. I wish we were back to when The Real World on MTV was actually cool. Now we have like 5 new reality TV shows starting this summer all on the same channel. They're all stupid too. One is "Who wants to marry my Dad?" Why are all these reality shows the same crap all the damn time? The Bachelor The Bachelorette Joe Millionaire God knows what else is next. There's nothing else good to watch on TV anymore nowadays.
May 7, 200422 yr Author I actually like to read a lot. Last book I read was related to my future career in teaching. When there is something good to watch on TV, I like to watch Comedy Central & Disney Channel. I like cartoons.
May 7, 200422 yr I think I'm finally weened off of reality TV for good now (I do like Joe Schmo though). My satellite service got cut so now I only have rabbit ear TV and its either local crap or reality crap all the time. I don't think I've turned my TV on for 3 days.

May 8, 200422 yr The only reality shows I have been remotely interested in was The Apprentice and Joe Schmo, and I didn't see every episode of either. Reality TV= :thumbdown
May 8, 200422 yr Survivor is probably my favorite TV show. I watch American Idol, but with extreme fast forwarding. If it were to go away, I wouldn't think twice about it. That's it for me and reality TV, but I can't blow off the genre that gave me Survivor.
May 8, 200422 yr I used to like Average Joe, but all three of them made terrible choices. I'm done with reality TV. And I for one miss the old TGIF type shows.....Family Matters, Step by Step, Full House, etc. Not all of them were great, but at least they were all entertaining.

May 8, 200422 yr I love Survivor, The Apprentice, Mad Mad House and a few others along with LAst Comic standing which is coming back. I just don't like romance, surgery, or home redecorating shows.
May 9, 200422 yr I liked the first season of Survivor. I also like Nashville Star. Other than that, they all suck. :thumbdown
