I'd be thrilled with a split.

I was thinking the same.

The Mets has some pretty darn good pitching.

As long as AJ pitches well and the Phils keep losing I don't care how the series turns out (well, lets not get swept or anything).

6/3 is a night game, as is 6/4.

6/5 and 6/6 are day games.

6/3 Toss Up

6/4 Marlins should win this one, no excuses!

6/5 Toss Up

6/6 Toss Up

Trachsel has pitched well...why is that a guaranteed win?

Pavano has pitched well, and I just have the gut feeling.

no, i really dont think a split would be OK

we should rock seo.....ginter only has like 3 starts under his belt so that 2.47 era doesnt say much.....i know trachsel is having a great year but come on, its steve trachsel, he is very beatable......Leiter is great but we are sending our best pitcher against him so that game is winable too

I would be disapointed with anything less than three wins

I want 3 of four....wins on Thursday and Saturday cause ill be there.

yes i know seo has a 1-hitter against us....

but he is not that great, we should be able to get our hits off him

Seo didn't have the one hitter. He left in the 5th or 6th inning. WE WOULD HAVE GOT TO HIM!

Matt Ginter: 2004 Stats:

ML: 4 GS, 1-0, 2.75 ERA, 19.2 IP, 19 H, 6 ER, 5 BB, 11K, 1.22 WHIP, .257 oBA

5 of those 6 runs came in one game against the Rockies, the one which he has a win in.

I wouldnt be surprised to see 4, 1 run games during this series. It always seems that no matter what the records the Marlins and Mets always play tight baseball.
