Guest FishFanInPA
His batting average is falling and he is actually striking out. He always makes contact with the ball and now he's not. He's the key to this team and since he's struggling, the rest of the team is too. We need him to pick it up.
DTrizzle
thanks for agreeing with me its not all because of not driving runs in its because pierre and castillo aren't doing their best and jacking bases
Marlins
Pierre should try bunting more...
CapeFish
JP needs a couple of days off. A player like him will fatigue because he plays more than anyone else.

PBMarlin
Yeah, I don't know what is going on with JP. At the beginning of the season he was hitting many line drive singles. Lately, he is either topping the ball, getting under it, or striking out. He's having a tough time consistently making good contact. It's very unusual for JP. CitanX
Hes Swinging too hard, ive been noticing in the games ive gone to, hes not trying to place the meat of the bat in the ball like louie does. Slower swing, more bat control
Flamarlins3
Pierre should try bunting more... :notworthy I disagree here...the fielders play way in already and he has to lay down a perfect bunt or hope for a mistake from the fielders, now if he started slapping the ball past the close third baseman then he could start doing it again, but until the infielders back off a little odds are he will have a very difficult time reaching on bunts
CapeFish
JP should try and relax and hit Texas Leaguers or Baltimore Chops. They are fool proof and once he masters them, he can get on base on any defense once he makes contact.

CapeFish
Luis gets on base hitting the ball off the plate in a Baltimore Chop, but JP rarely does it and never on purpose. I think he should learn that because Luis uses it to get out of slumps.

GiambiNYY25Fan
JP stole 65.... 65 bases, and this year he has 18 and caught 11 times... last year he stole 65 and was caught just 20 times... he needs to get start finding those holes in the infield, and even if he gets those infield singles between 3rd and short, he can get on base and score some runs. rferry
Basically Pierre is a hunted man. Teams are doing anything to keep him off base, and if by chance he gets on they do everything in their power to keep him unfortable with his lead. He needs to learn the Wee Willie Keeler Baltimore Chop, take a proper lead or something to fight back.
