ok my boy M.Tejera gets the start for the fish today and am pulling for this guy cause he has gotten the shaft the whole year and today he is going to show that he belongs in the majors...he's going to kick some D-Ray butt...

You know, I am really pulling for Tejera as well. He has always shown potential, but has been erratic.....kind of like Dontrelle this year.

 

I hope the time in AAA has helped prepare him, both skill wise and mentally, to reach his potential in the bigs. We'll see. 3 strong starts would guarantee a roster spot and make an argument for keeping him in the rotation. 3 OK starts would land him in the bullpen. 3 bad starts and back to AAA. His future is in his hands.

I hope Tejerea can do it. He was doing fine until he just got to the point where he was being knocked around. I think he will do well.

i saw tejera at the trop working with wayne yesterday, he seems ready....but man is the guy short. like, all the marlins starters are over 6'2, this guy is what 5'9?

 

 

i hope he works out, but i dont know exactly how much better you can do against a hot club like the rays, then burnett did...onlu giving up 2 runs in 8 innings....

The shorter you are, the better the sindwinding mechanics work.

As long as he doesn't throw anything into the dugout I will be happy
