July 5, 200421 yr i hope kobe didnt force himself on him after he said no. seriously though, coach K made the right choice. he has a great situation in duke and wouldve been taking over a franchise that seems to be falling apart. kobe is so f***ing spoiled its disgusting. he's pretty much running everyone out of town and is trying to run the franchise himself. another reason to hate him.
July 5, 200421 yr i love seeing the lakers in turmoil personally. *whats that i hear* why thats teh bandwagon empyting.
July 5, 200421 yr *whats that i hear* 441126 are you sure its not coach K telling kobe that no means no?
July 5, 200421 yr well that too...but i frankly could care less if coach K said yes or no. the lakers would still be in shambles. its just more gratifying when it all blows up in their face. Mitch is a horrible GM and if he didnt have superstars beating down his door he wouldnt get anything.
July 5, 200421 yr Author *whats that i hear* 441126 are you sure its not coach K telling kobe that no means no? 441129 Damn, why didn't I think of that? Maybe I'll put it on a sign and shove it in a camera's face at a game next season. Of course, I don't want Dick Broadhead writing an "Avuncular Letter" of his own, much like Uncle Terry (Terry Sanford to the rest of you) had to do after a UVA game in 1983, when the Crazies threw condoms on the court at someone accused of rape and shouted, "Did you send her flowers?"
July 5, 200421 yr Nah, K has his own little Kobe in Sheldon No means no Williams. He's counting on him to anchor a front court of three players over 6'6". How's the back? :lol

July 5, 200421 yr rudy tomjanovich will be a better coach any way. he's already an established coach, a winning coach, a championship coach. bring on rudy!! i'm submitting a request to be lakers gm btw. this is getting ridiculous. kobe isn't signed yet. shaq isn't traded yet. get this crap over with. and let the new team mates get to know each other!
July 5, 200421 yr good for Coach K (im proud of him and his loyalty) and for Duke bad for my passionate hate for Duke

Plus, Steve Nash signing with Phoenix didnt help the mavericks cause.
July 6, 200421 yr My dream senario: The Lakers trade Shaq to Dallas Kobe is found guilty and goes to prison for about a dozen years. Karl Malone retires Gary Payton plays even worse than he did last year. That would just be pure gold, and I love seeing the Lakers in turmoil too.
