DurableTear
There were rumors that the Rays wanted Travis Lee to play for them. This does nothing to improve a down right crappy team. Btw.. Links?

Rune
I wouldn't say Travis Lee is done yet, he could still have 20 Hr's somewhere in him but it will be tough. Let's see how he does in the Al. Admin's gonna get sued one of these days
~Columnist JC~
I think the expos should have made a run for him..........
Ramp
DRays now have the worst infield in the history of baseball... Sandberg is solid..... the rest stuck... and Travis Lee isnt good enough to be called TLee...... thats reserved for actual baseball players

Das Texan
isnt travis a pretty good defensive first baseman? isnt his real deficiency on the offensive end of things?
Ramp
i meant offensively Das..... Travis is pretty good with the glove......
AJBurnett34
i meant offensively Das..... He is better at 1st than ben grieve or who ever there 1st baseman was (i think steeve cox).He can be a 20+ homer guy and i think he will prove himself this season... Hotcorner
Ordonez will have a break through season sometime.... A breakthrough season for Ordonez??? What would that be, hitting .260?
AJBurnett34
What would that be, hitting .260? Nope more like .290....he has shown signs that he can hit...i have a feeling he will hit good this season or maybe next. Then with his awesome defense he will be very good....keep in mind he is still young.... Rune
Jbeckett name a recent season where he excelled? If your going to say 2001 .250 20 HR's is not solid for what he should have done. He is a big bust. Another example of how prospects are not guaranteed!
DurableTear
If your going to say 2001 .250 20 HR's is not solid for what he should have done. That was his lucky season. He's a great defensive guy.. but sucks at the plate.
