I have to have the tv on. But low. If I have the radio on, I'll listen to it and never fall asleep

Yeah I cant imagine wearing socks to go to sleep.

Only time I do is when I'm sick or its really cold outside and thats very rare in South Florida.

A Trojan.

Try the heat sensation ones dude, they pwn.

I cant go to bed without the fan on full blast and some ESPN Radio on real low, if it is music, i will keep myself up listening to it.

i go to sleep in dead silence and just think about stuff til i fall asleep.

yeah i go to bed thinking about stuff to but with the radio on though. listen to some music while i think and eventually fall asleep.

i use the timer on the tv if i feel that im going to fall asleep soon but i want to watch a little more tv, that way itll shut itself off when i do pass out.

I have two fans blasting on me. My room gets so hot.

You are telling me, the frat gets so damn hot at night. We are installing a couple of window A/C units in the coming weeks.

Ive been having lots of trouble sleeping lately with all this girl crap going around in my head.

Here in Gainesville it's still in the 90s. It's hot as hell. And my room's vent sucks. Plus, I try to conserve energy, so the AC isn't always pumped up on high.

I have to have my overhead fan going full blast even if its the middle of winter.

My best thinking comes when I am trying to fall asleep.

i go to sleep in dead silence and just think about stuff til i fall asleep.

yeah, if i'm not completely ready to pass out - i'll just watch tv.

i guess it's not really dead silence because i do have the fan and AC on but that's not really loud.

I just wear the one sock.

But, um, not on either of my feet.

Know what you mean!

I never wanted to go to bed as a kid, always wanted to stay up...and then went into a coma, and could never get up! I know people who hit the pillow and that's it! Gone! Not me...I try thinking of a very soft song...

And once u say, "Don't think about girls!" that's it! You ain't fallen right to sleep! :p

I used to stay up at late back in high school thinking of this girl that I had a crush on...

i go to sleep in dead silence and just think about stuff til i fall asleep.

My same technique and in total darkness

Total darkness and deadly silience= best way to fall asleep.
