that's all for the non-sensical ramblings.

I didnt say it!!!! Please don't vilify me!

Phillies fans are so much worse then Mets fans therefore I have more fun :)

The sun in Philly this week was unreal. There was not a cloud in the sky the entire time and it turned everyone without suntan lotion into a lobster.

I got there very early only to find out there was no batting practice today. Gave a chance to roam around the stadium talking to Marlins fans. A lot of them came up from Florida. Then I checked up on the rumor that CBP is the only stadium on the east coast without certified kosher food. It's true, all they had were bagged peanuts and chips. I got Beckett and Doug Davis to sign my 'Miracle Over Miami' book. A kid asked Doug when Dontrelle Willis will come out. Doug answered 'about the 4th inning'. I don't know if he was just humoring the kid, or making light of Dontrelle's short outings.

Conine and Gonzalez' back to back bombs were great. Everyone, Marlins fans included, were booing Perisho and Koch. Niner's catch at the wall was awesome. The way CBP is layed out takes the warning track out of view from most outfield sections. When Jeff made the catch I jumped up in the air and clapped. A few Phillies fans around me joined in until they discovered it wasn't a play they should be cheering for.

No one after the game was signing. Admin Beinfest looked busy. Walking back and forth between the players and staff buses and once talking on his cell phone.

A Phillies fan was giving me a hard time after the game. Asking me why like the Marlins. Short answer: because I do And if I lived in Florida No, DC. Even worse, do you like the Capitals? I don't like hockey Get beat up much? Only in Philly Good answer he said walking away.

As I was checking out of the hostel a large group of hot girls from Britain came in. Too bad I had to leave and sat on the bus next to a Braves fan. If they win again this year... Ugh.
