I have a Nokia 3300 Music Phone and wouldn't trade it in for any other MP3 player. Cost me $9.99 from Cingular.com with a 2 year contract.

BTW, the Nokia 3300 Music Phone holds the music in those Flash cards like the digital cameras. Mine has a 64 MB card that it came standard with and I put 2 CDs worth of music on it and could fit another CD pretty easily. You could always get a bigger card for more music. It also has a built-in FM stereo radio.

I use it more as a phone than for music.

The sound quality is excellent though. It uses a special type of earphones and has a great rich sound that doesn't fatigue you.

Sometimes they freeze up for a few hours. Mini's are not worth what they cost, the full size is better.

how does sound fatigue?

Having headphones on for long periods of time is fatiguing to your ears.

The iPods just came out. You can also get a student discount on them from Apple.com

Tell me more.....I'm thinking of upgrading. I have the First Generation but the Fourth one sounds awesomeness.

Nice, like 40 bucks off.

well, i found out that IPod wasn't compatible with windows ME, so that sucks

i got someting called a dell jukebox, looks pretty good, holds 9000 songs

it should be shipped by wednesday, at the latest

any1 have it?

I'm torn on whether or not to get the new one.

On the one hand, I really want it and it would be a step up from my 1G one.

On the other hand, I have close to enough where I can afford a laptop, which would be very beneficial for me now that I'm starting college.

I don't know :(
