Two very distincitive(sp) camps emerged in the past couple months.

 

 

1) Those who despised having Conine in teh lineup on an everyday basis, saying things like he was done, couldnt hit when it counted, etc.

 

 

2) Those that still had faith in Conine and knew he would heat up as the season ticked away and things really became important.

 

 

 

I myself at one point stated Conine WOULD get at least 80 RBI. He is currently on pace for 71. Its getting close.

 

 

 

Of course there were also those who simply kept quiet and refused to take a position.

 

 

Conine is hitting the ball like we all know he can. And he will soon be moving to first base I would assume, which should be a little bit easier on him.

 

 

Now from school two...and you all know who you are.....

I never wanted Mr. Marlin gone. I am not one of the haters, I wanted to clear that up since I never really posted into that matter.

I hated seing him suck. I wont deny it: he was doing terrible last month, and I wanted to see Willingham in there over him...now that he's hitting now, I want him in the lineup. I guess it's pretty fairweather to want the player playing the best in the lineup....oh well.

Definitely.

never said you did...

 

I know there's a few people who feel that if someone wanted Conine out of the starting lineup, we automatically hate Conine.

 

Obviously someone with your maturity (you aren't a freshman in high school) can realize that wanting someone benched, or wanting someone to start over another player does not mean that you hate them and want them off the team...
