when your team loses two games with your starting pitchers have outstanding outings. and in one of those games you 2 hit the greatest offense in major league baseball and both hits are 2 home runs and you STILL lose. let's face it every other night this team hits a new low. (the greatest setup man in baseball giving up a home run on the frist pitch in extras) let's face it the gods don't want the marlins to win for a reason. the magic tank went empty months ago.

statistically we might have not lost any ground, but how much ground does this team lose mentally, after every disgusting loss this year? to many disgusting losses their mentally togh tank is dry.

the lo duca trade came to little to late, the team waited more than a month for a trade and suffered dimoralizing loss after demoralizing loss. their mental tank for forgetting about those types of losses went very low when lowell made the ''stuff better quick" comment. tonight's loss probably destroyed them if it destroyed capefish.

IMO its pretty moronic to be batting a guy cleanup who can't hit a beach ball with a tennis raquet right now...

i am just let down by his commentary.

We're still in the hunt for October, wether you realize it or not. Yet, if we don't make the playoffs, a winning record is a MUST, or we end up like losers, just like the 98 team did.
