NO draft NO war with Iran The draft would be a huge political mistake....and second, we really don't need a draft unless you're planning on a full scale war against China, North Korea, or something like that....and maybe, not even! And, I'm with tonyi...I don't think Iran has the proper terrain for us to launch an attack, unless it is deemed necessary. And it would still have to pass Congress, which would be a bit more wary this time around (after Iraq).

I think a war is cooking up. Draft: Trust me there WILL be a draft. The 2004 Elections won't be about electing Kerry. It will be about getting Bush out.

At the same time, there is no way we will go to war with Iran, since it would be the same mistake as going to war with Iraq was. The Military Draft won't happen simply because the uproar in this country would be disastrous.....

Bush (or any President in the future for that matter) won't touch the draft - it's political suicide. Bush may not have anything else to work for, but Jeb's got a political career. And no President wants to be remembered as the one who reinstated the draft. The draft is gone forever. Trust me.
