I mean we have many other pitchers which are better than Kensing which could have spot started. Ah well. If I was Jack, I would have had Kensing start the first game against the Cubs when all of their reserves were playing. He will be a great pitcher in the future and will eventually be solid in the big leagues, but right now he needs more experience in the minors.

September 10, 200421 yr Kensing was asked to throw his sinker for strikes. He coudn't. I don't know why. I doubt it's because he's 'an A-ball pitcher', but whatever. BTW.. what was the point of adding all these pitchers? Sure, they're nice to have. But when was the last time Koch pitched? Or Perisho? Manzy? Just seems a bit much to have a 15-man bullpen.
