I just remembered something that may make this illegal. The United States and several other countries entered into a treaty saying they would not attempt or let others attempt to alter or control the weather.

can you expound on that statement?

The environment will be forever changed. If the seeding does the reversal, and it can cause rapid strengthening. It could also causes the hurricane to move differently. If it did, that would be catastrophic for wherever it went.

Actually, let me add to this. Hurricanes exist as a stabilizing unit to the earth. Basically its a heat engine that increases atmospheric temperature in order to balance out with the cold fronts and such that come in during the winter. I dont kno the exact scientific explanation but im sure if u look it up it shouldn tbe too hard to find. I dont think theres any reason why it should strengthen from this tho

they talked about some ideas on Sol 95.7 today. idiots have proposed to the NHC this week to try and stop ivan in which they have let these idiots porpuse ideas.

Some of the ideas:

-Dry Ice

-Olive Oil on the ocean.

-HUGE fans to blow awat the storm

-Nuclear weapons

What are they going to drop into a hurricane?

Tampons???

Are they nutz????

And the only one who controls the weather is Storm, one of my X-Men favorites.

Now, she can really blow..... :o
