I've been down there numerous times with various Voter Registration groups, with copies of voter registration forms taken by us personally from African American voters and submitted to Constance Kaplan herself. And more than 5 months later they still have not been added into the system, and in a meeting with Constance Kaplan and an official from the department they have absolutely NO answer to where the original forms are.
