November 9, 200421 yr What I am saying is that North Dakota, is a huge military installment in this country, they recieve lots of money in the form of federal funds to pay for these bases, silos etc, they pay North Dakota obviously to set up shop there, North Dakota has very little people, thus they dont generate much money, thus when the Fed. gov't gives them money on this "scale" they get more federal money per what they generate, it doesnt mention gross anywhere now does it.

I think someone such as myself can agree with someone like f_m on many things and find compromises on disagreements over issues. However, the same can tbe said about candidates.
