Sunday Season Ticket Package For Sale

Featured Replies

I am trying to find a home for my Sunday season tickets for the Marlins 2005 season.

The package is one adult ticket, one child (12 and under) and a parking pass for each game. There are 13 Sunday games scheduled. My seats are front row (!) upperdeck in section 454, seats 7 and 8, on the third base side, directly in line with first base and homeplate.

There is no better place to watch a game with a kid than the upperdeck! Unlike outfield seats, the plays are in front of you, no watching Louie's back as he fields a ball or wondering if a pitch was off the plate or not. And being in the first row there are no problems with anyone interfering with your kid's view (which was the reason we moved upstairs last season after a couple of years of having his view obstructed at just about every game). Every play lays out before your eyes and if you're trying to introduce your kid to the game these are the ideal seats to explain how the game is played. Additionally you have a terrific view of homeplate so you can discuss the game pitch by pitch. And by the way I caught two foul balls in these seats in 2004 so make sure to bring your glove.

The reason I'm selling them is because my kid's sunday school doesn't get out until 1pm and we'd miss the beginning of every game and not get a chance to be there to collect the almost every Sunday promotional items the Fish hand out.

The walkup price (if you bought individual tickets and paid for parking) for 13 games would be at least $416.00 plus tax (depending on whether PPS increases parking fees again which my salesperson anticipates). If you bought them at the equivalent 41 game package (which is what I have) rate you'd pay $338.00 plus tax.

I'm willing to sell them for a flat $300.00. That's for two tickets and a parking pass for all 13 Sunday games. Only $23.00 a game including parking.

Email if you're interested.

That is a great Deal! Good Luck selling them :thumbup

If they were 2 adult tickets maybe my dad would buy them. I am not sure if we are getting Season Tix this year :thumbdown

A couple of times last season my kid couldn't make a game and I brought a friend, paying the differential, which in this case would be $6.00 (the difference between child and adult) per game, or approximately $80.00 more.

If you're serious, I'll ask my salesperson if it's possible to do through the season ticket process so you don't have to go to the ticket window every game.

Just to let both of you know, they dont check at the gate if its a childrens ticket or an adult ticket. I usually go and buy childrens tickets at the Marlins Store in miami and then go to the game. I have done this since 2000 (about 70 games) and not once has anyone checked my ticket.

Same here. Anytime I'm short a ticket I get a fish tank kids for $3.00 to get into the ballpark.

I might be interested... me and my best friend planned on getting a season ticket plan like this, but like stated before, the child's ticket comes into effect. And my company might get season tickets, in which case the seats would be field-level infield box on the first baseline, row D.

A few people have emailed me regarding my tickets and a reasonable concern that they wanted to make sure they got their tickets.

I spoke to my sales rep (I'll tell you who it is if you buy them) and he has agreed to split up the tickets (and parking passes) and distribute them separately when they are available. That way no one will have to feel like they have to chase me to get them.

I hope that helps.
