July 9, 200323 yr It seems with each new BBTN, Gammons adds something to the whole Marlins-Benitez rumor. First, he said they were after him, then he said they were the team that was hottest after him, and on the most recent edition, he says the Marlins are the team hottest after him and it might happen fast.

Well if its gonna happen fast then punch armando's ticket to montreal and the anti-reliever's ticket to AAA!
July 9, 200323 yr OH MY GOD!!!!! BBTN AND SPORTSCENTER GAVE THE MARLINS PROPS!!!!!! I DONT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!! people, you have to earn respect. the same thing has happened to the royals, they got no respect from anyone nationally. Now with a winning team, they get what they deserve. It's not that the national media is 'out to get us' as so many of you homers and simple fools want to believe.... in baseball you earn respect and you earn positive publicity. Winning breeds that. You win, people will get behind you. Well unless you are hte Yankees. Its really simple.
July 9, 200323 yr Where does he come up with this stuff? THis is soooo out of left field. Heck, it's coming from the parking lot it's so far out there. Not really... We need bullpen help pretty badly, and he's one of if not the best Refief pitcher available. We have already been rumored with Texas for Urbina, but i think that might have stopped because his price tag was too high...
