RJ Deal Involves a Fourth Team

The Randy Johnson trade is apparently expanding from three to four teams, the Sporting News has learned. The identity of the fourth team is not known, but the Dodgers' return, which seems unusually light, could be enhanced by the additional club.

Make it us and give us Choi :mischief

is it me or does the title of the article not fit the body. it doesnt say a word about the fourth team, i skimmed through it pretty well. can some one quote the parts from the article that refer to the fourth team?

Why do you want Choi? I was glad when we traded him, and he looked just plain awful in L.A. If we get him for free, then I don't have a problem. However, I would hate for us to have to give up something to get him.

Yep were trying to get a SP (Vazquez, Penny, or Brown) and a 2b (Cora?) .. I could see where we'd be involved!

Because the HEE SEOP CHOI chants were awesome :D .

Choi didn't have the average but he has the third best OBP on the team when he left. And at least he would add some lefty power. And he would be cheaper than Dellucci.

I liked him, sue me.

Plus the above average defense at first, nice little fact he hits lefty, tendency to hit homers in big spots, and solid production out of the little chances he got. No one has any patience so they don't want to see the kid develop, plus he loved it here.
