iRobot's Roomba rules!

Featured Replies

We got my mom a Roomba and it cleans just as good as any vac we have ever owned. It goes into those tough corners and cleans rugs well too. It returns to its base, it has a remote control so if you can't bend down (elderly person for example), you can command it and operate it.

It is well worth it! We got it at http://www.irobotstore.com/

Here is a video on how it works....very cool!

You should tell your story to Consumer Reports. They panned it this year saying that it didn't clean well at all and that it ran out of juice rather quickly.

But if it works for you, then it's great.

My house is pretty big, it took about 1 recharge per room. Recharge takes about 3 hours.

Works great on carpet and tile. Don't have wood floors anymore, but it supposedly works well there too.

If you have five rooms, then your recharge time is 15 hours. I can have my entire house cleaned from top to bottom in less than 15 hours.

Thats pretty cool!

I wanted to get my mom one of those but I remembered that my cat Jack would chase it around the house! :lol He is known to do things like that!

Ok, so you are either really bored or just like acting like a jerk/troll. Trust me, I'm not alone in thinking people shouldn't reply to a thread just to make a comment like yours... troll.

Cape: I never thought those things would work well, figured it was just a gimmick.

I didn't think it would work...but we had a moneyback guarantee and 30 days to try it out, so we ordered it. So far, so good Admin.
