This may have to wait to see what shakes out with the Delgado situation. Or maybe it is a barometer of the Delgado situaition - meaning things are looking bleak and teh Marlins are looking elsewhere.

it's an improvment, not much but an improvment none the less...but lets see what happens with Delgado first

it's a much bigger improvment...if you look at the numbers.....or if you just watch them play

Improvement on offense for sure... Come on guys... I love ENC as much as the next guy, but he struggled at the plate last year. Maybe it had a lot to do with his shoulder problem, but he was a big hole in the lineup. He is incredible in the field, though. If we got Delgado, I would feel just dandy hanging on to ENC and giving him one more shot at blossoming into the All-Star outfielder everyone thought he was primed to be two yearsa ago.

The guy has the plate discipline of a woodchuck... and I just don't see that switch just flipping on over the offseason.

I am not sure it will either... But I am hoping. Too bad... he really is the epitome of "pro".

just because he hit well with runners on last year doesn't mean he'll hit well with runners on this year. Up until this season he had hit worse with runners on than with no runners on. Those type of stats balance themselves out.

I'm just happy that ENC is in the last year of his ginormous contract :thumbup .
