People can lift weights without the help of juice and still be gigantic, it just takes longer. The older you get, the stronger you need to get, and steroids can do it in a short amount of time. But if the players was disciplined, they could certainly do it on their own.

February 12, 200521 yr He said he accepts everything that has been said and that he has accepted his problems... he said he told the "truth" in court, so comeon, he didn't have to spell out steroids as the only way to admit to using them... I hope he comes back in great shape and hits 30 HR and 100 RBI and get his average back up to .300 I will be at Yankees Spring Training in 6 days... can't wait
