Is anyone planning on seeing this?

It looks kind of dumb based on the previews

I really like Will Ferrell so I am hoping it's good. We're planning on seeing at Downtown Disney Sunday night.

I can't stand Nicole Kidman, so I'll pass.

It's tempting, but I'll prob wait to rent or check it out at the dollar movie place

I like Jason Schwartzman(sp), Michael Caine. Ferrell, can either be brilliant(Anchorman) or awful(Elf). I'm going Sunday to see it. The storyline is creative rather than being just a lame remake of the show, they adapted it into it's own story.

I'm not really a huge Ferrell fan, but I liked it. The way they went about doing it was really interesting and they stayed true to alot of the old characters.

 

The aunt and the mother were absolutely perfect.

I'm tempted to. Heard its not too bad, plus I need something to keep me tied over till War of the Worlds :mischief

pretty good, i liked that it wasnt just a remake of bewitched. will had his moments (conan o'brien scene) and i liked nicole kidman as samantha

Just saw it.

 

Awful movie. It was an original idea but the director butchered the idea, and the script was terrible. Not to mention terrible casting. Ferrell is good but this was not the role for him. Steve Catrell did a great job copying the charachter of The Uncle but the lines were unfunny and the whole charachter was pointless.

We just saw it. I thought it was cute and funny, not movie of the year good, but good. Ferrell was hilarious and Steve Catrell has me rolling. That guy is hilarious.
