July 8, 200521 yr Back in the old days before they played night games, if it got too dark the game would be called if it was after 5 innings or they'd finish it the next day, so i'm sure there were some at bats, IBB's, etc. that took at least a day plus.

July 8, 200521 yr alex is the perfect 8 spot hitter. he is a very free swinger so he has a better time making contact on crap pitches he might get since he is before the pitcher. it was only a matter of time until he found a more patient eye at the plate which is translating into more walks. glad we have some decent hitting pitchers.
